How Clineum Came to Be
Pakistan is home to more than 560 nursing colleges recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council, collectively serving over 200,000 active nursing students. Despite the critical role these institutions play in training the healthcare workforce, the vast majority still rely on paper registers for attendance, manual ledgers for fee collection, and disconnected spreadsheet systems for academic records. The result is a fragmented operational landscape where compliance reporting takes weeks, fee reconciliation is error-prone, and student credentials are vulnerable to forgery.
Globotech Solutions founded Clineum in 2024 with a singular purpose: to build the first vertical SaaS platform designed exclusively for nursing education institutions in Pakistan and across emerging markets. Our founding team combines over a decade of healthcare IT experience with deep understanding of PNC regulatory requirements, clinical rotation logistics, and the fee collection challenges unique to Pakistani institutions where mobile money dominates over traditional banking.
Clineum is not a generic education ERP retrofitted for healthcare. Every feature, from clinical rotation scheduling and theory-versus-clinical attendance separation to blockchain-verified credentials via Cardano Veridian, was designed from the ground up for the specific workflows of nursing colleges. We built Clineum because Pakistan's nursing educators deserve software that understands their world — and their graduates deserve credentials that the world can trust.
