How long does implementation actually take?
Two weeks from signup to go live for a typical single campus college. Multi campus institutions with large historical data sets can take longer, and we will tell you that during discovery rather than after you have signed.
What do we need to prepare before starting?
Your existing student records, faculty list, fee structure, and academic program details in whatever format you already keep them, usually Excel or paper registers. We handle the conversion.
Will our staff need technical training?
No technical background is required. Training is role specific and delivered in Urdu or English, on site in major cities or over video call.
What happens if something goes wrong after launch?
The first 30 days are a hypercare period with close monitoring and fast response. After that you keep priority WhatsApp support and a named account contact.
